Using NeverMiss means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose.
A free service that gathers public event listings from around Vermont into one place and orders them by what you seem to like. We are a signpost. We do not run the events, sell the tickets, or have any relationship with most of the venues we list.
Always check with the venue before you go. Listings are collected automatically from public calendars and from what people submit. Dates move, shows sell out, prices change, things get cancelled, and our copy of the information can be out of date or simply incorrect. Every listing links to the source, that source is the truth, we are not.
We are not responsible for anything that happens because a listing was wrong, missing or out of date, including tickets you could not use or a trip you did not need to make.
Anyone can submit an event. By submitting one you confirm it is real, that the details are accurate as far as you know, and that you are allowed to share any image you include. We review submissions and may edit or decline them. Do not submit anything misleading, commercial spam, or an event you have no connection to.

Event details belong to whoever organises or publishes them. Images belong to their owners. The NeverMiss name, design, and the system we use to categorise and rank events are ours, and are not licensed to you. If you are an event owner and want a listing changed or removed, email us and we will do it.
NeverMiss is free and provided as it is, with no promises of any kind. We do not promise the service will be available, complete, current, or free of mistakes, and we do not promise that any event listed will happen as described or happen at all.
You use NeverMiss at your own risk, and you accept that risk yourself. By using this site you agree that neither NeverMiss LLC nor its owners, employees, contractors, or anyone else working on its behalf is liable to you for any loss, cost, injury, disappointment or damage of any kind arising from your use of the service or from anything you did or did not do because of it. That includes a listing being wrong, missing, cancelled, moved or out of date, money spent on tickets, travel or arrangements, and anything that happens to you at an event you found here. You release all of them from any claim of that kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
We do not run the events, sell the tickets, control the venues, or vet the people at them. Your dealings with any venue, organiser or other attendee are entirely between you and them.
Nothing here removes rights you have under Vermont or United States consumer law that cannot be waived. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.
Stop whenever you like, email us and your account and data go. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we may stop offering the service, with notice to account holders where we reasonably can.
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and we will tell account holders by email if a change matters.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, USA.
